Major League Baseball catcher Alan Ashby discusses his years in the major leagues, including his experiences being on the opposite end of the mound from Nolan Ryan. Gold, silver and bronze medalist Chad Hedrick starts off the show by introducing hosts David Priesler and Jim Phenicie to the world of inline skating and ice speed skating. Hedrick admits if he wasn’t skating, he would be on the golf course every day, but confesses he is one of the lucky few able to play five or six times a week during the summer.
